Shipping policy

At the moment national shipments are made to the peninsula of Spain and the Balearic Islands. The standard shipping cost is €5. Orders over €50 can enjoy a free shipping cost.

Two more shipping methods are also offered:

• Local delivery: the municipalities of Gavà, Castelldefels, Viladecans and Begues can opt for the local delivery option for a price of €2.
• Collection in store: the option of free collection in the municipality of Gavà is offered free of charge.

It is important that customers who choose one of these last two shipping methods contact the company via email info@juliatarrats.com once the order has been placed in order to agree on a shipping date and time or local pickup.

For orders that contain prints, it will take 3 to 5 calendar days to prepare the order, since they are printed on request.

The delivery time is from 2 to 10 days, depending on the area of ​​Spain.

An email with all the package tracking data will be sent once the shipment is made.
